BINH DUONG LAND PRICE LIST FOR THE PERIOD 2020-2024

On December 20, 2019, the Peoples Committee of Binh Duong Province issued Decision No. 36/2019 / QD-UBND on the price list of land types in the province in the period of 2020-2024 to be officially applied from January 1. / 01/2020

For agricultural land, the land price is equal to the maximum price bracket prescribed by the Government in Decree No. 104/2014 / ND-CP but ensuring harmony between districts, towns and cities in the province. Supplementing the price list of special-use forest land: it is equal to the price of production forest and protection forest land (the maximum level is VND 450,000 / m2).

For non-agricultural land, Binh Duong province will adjust the price equal to the land price calculated according to the applicable land price adjustment coefficient (K) in 2019 (with adjustments to suit between districts, towns and cities. ), corresponding to an average increase of about 18% compared to the current land price list.
