DA NANG LAND PRICE LIST FOR THE PERIOD 2020-2024
The Peoples Committee of Da Nang has just issued a decision on 09/2020 regulating land prices in Danang city in the period of 2020-2024.
Accordingly, the highest urban land price in Da Nang is 98.8 million dong / m2. The highest price of commercial land and services is over VND 79 million / m2. The highest land price for non-agricultural production and business is more than VND 59.2 million / m2.
The land price list this time has a change from the land price list in Decision 06 of 2019, built on a practical basis and in the national land price frame. Specifically, the price of land for commercial services is determined to be 80% of the price of land in the same location. The price of land for production and business that is not commercial or service land is determined by 60% of the price of land in the same location.
In addition, the new land price list also adds land prices for 290 newly named routes, down 5% for commercial services and business land compared to the level specified in Decision 06/2019 / QD-UBND dated January 31, 2019 of Danang Peoples Committee.
This new land price list officially takes effect from 5/5/2020.
